7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscription plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • There is a technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the service
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service

1.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial or prorated refund may be considered if:

  • You request cancellation after the 7-day period but before significant usage
  • There are extenuating circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

1.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after significant usage of the service
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of leads (as we do not guarantee conversions)
  • Failure to use the service features within the subscription period

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • You will retain access to premium features until the period ends

2.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted service. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief explanation for the refund request

3.2 Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days

  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days

4. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan:

  • The change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining period of the current plan
  • Premium features will be available until the current period ends

5. Plan Upgrades

When upgrading to a higher-tier plan:

  • You will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining period
  • New features are available immediately after upgrade
  • Future billing will reflect the new plan price

6. Free Trial

We offer a free plan that allows you to explore the platform before committing to a paid subscription. This ensures you can make an informed decision without financial risk.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a payment dispute, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection actions for any outstanding amounts.
